workable if new: the seating arrangement

Okay so ppl walking back 'n forth behind my back annoy the crap outta me, and not really because I don't want them to see my screen- which is a factor as well- but mostly because  I've been paranoid since forever and feel endangered whenever I can't control what's going on behind me.

That being said, if the final result is being seated in front of the window, with all of it's majestic splendor displayed daily in high def, then I'm game and very much so.
